Application guide

Update COVID-19 pandemic: 

We do not have full visibility on the exact number of seats available at the conference center in April 2022. In the hope that the situation will get better or at least be stable, we believe that we will be able to accommodate the participation of 100 persons. 

Due to a limited number of seats in the conference center (100 seats), we will have to select the participants. You are all invited to submit an abstract. Those selected will either have the opportunity to present their work in the form of oral communication (3 selected talks per session) or in the form of a poster.  We thus expect every participant to stay for the whole duration of the workshop.

The application fee for the workshop covering for lunches, housing and one diner is 600€ (fee to be confirmed). 

Application is as follows: 

• If you do not have a "scienceconf" login, please go to the "Create an account" section. This step is required prior to abstract submission and only takes a minute.
• You may then submit an abstract through the "Abstract submission" tab. You can download a template that you are invited to use and upload as a word on the website. Any other format will be disregarded.
• You may register and submit an abstract before February 18^th, 2022. After this date, you may still submit an application by contacting us, which may be considered by the conference chair if there is still room available.
• The reviewing committee will select the participants by trying to respect the following criteria: scientific quality, interest in the field, balance in the number of permanent / non-permanent researchers, balance in female / male researchers, balance French / non-French researchers. You will be notified of the final decision by February 28^th, March 4^th 2022. 
• Selected participants will receive an email with a link for payment procedure. Payment is due by March 25^th, 2022. After this date, your registration will no longer be considered.

Opening of registrations for selected applicants:             February 28^th, NEW DATE: March 4^th 2022

Closing of regular registrations (standard fee - 600€):    March 25^th, 2022
